Recently, entrusted by the Department of Environmental Protection of Guangdong Province, Radiation Protection Association of Guangdong Province(GDRPA) convened 2012 Guangdong Province Technology Review Conference for Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) Documents (radiation category) and Award Presentation Ceremony for Excellent EIA Documents. In the quality appraisal for EIA documents of radiation projects in Guangdong, Hydrochina Huadong’s “EIA Report on the Extension Project of #2 Main Transformer for 500kV Lugang Substation” won the sole first prize for electromagnetic radiation projects. This award will play a positive role in promoting Hydrochina Huadong’s reputation in EIA and related consulting business for electromagnetic radiation projects in Guangdong and further expanding its EIA consulting business.
