Zhejiang Province held a ceremony to celebrate the International Labor Day (May Day) and commend model workers at the People’s Hall of Zhejiang Province on the afternoon of April 29, 2013. At the ceremony, the winners of the May Day Labor Certificate, the May Day Labor Medal and the “Workers Vanguard” at the national and Zhejiang provincial levels were commended. Li Qiang, deputy secretary of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and governor of Zhejiang Province, awarded the National May Day Labor Medal to Zhang Chunsheng, president of Hydrochina Huadong Engineering Corporation.
