On Dec. 11, 2013, Zou Zengqiang from Overseas Business Department of Hydrochina Huadong, won the honorary title of the “Outstanding International Engineering Project Manager” issued by China International Contractors Association. Guided by the Department of Outward Investment and Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the evaluation activity focused on the international engineering project managers’ key qualities such as the global view, strategic vision, management capability, pioneering and innovation spirit and social responsibility and so forth to evaluate a batch of high-quality and interdisciplinary leading talents to be commended and publicized in the industry. This honor was given to 34 project managers from various domestic large-sized design institutes and engineering companies.

 China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) is a national industry organization constituted by Chinese international project investors, contractors, labor service companies and related service providers. Since its establishment in 1988, CHINCA has been actively performing its duty of communicating appeals, strengthening self-discipline and providing service for the purpose of driving the sound development of its members and promoting the rapid and healthy progress of China’s international investment and economic cooperation business. CHINCA has been graded AAAAA in the “Assessment of National Industry Associations” and awarded the “China’s Advanced Social Organization”.
