On Oct. 16, 2014, a construction contest promotion meeting for “Water Governance in Five Aspects”of Zhejiang Province was held in Xinchang. At the meeting, Xianlin Reservoir Project was named as the “Demonstration Project for Construction Contest of Zhejiang.”

    Xianlin Reservoir, as the emergency backup water supply project in Hangzhou, is a key project of “Water Governance in Five Aspects”. POWERCHINA HUADONG undertakes the design, consultation and supervision of the project. In addition, in the activity of “Construction Contest & Technical Difficulty Tackling in 100 Days” launched in 2014, Mr. Lu Guoliang from Xianlin Reservoir Supervision Department of Zhejiang Huadong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of Advanced Individual for the activity of “Construction Contest & Reservoir Impoundment Difficulty Tackling for Xianlin Reservoir”.
