At 23:00, Dec. 31, 2014 (local time), concrete placement was successfully completed for the first WTG foundation of Sapphire Wind Power Project in Pakistan. The smooth concreting of the first WTG foundation laid a good foundation for the smooth construction of the civil work of the WTG foundation. The project is a power project financed by international financial institutions, and is also the 1^st construction project developed in fixed electricity price mode since the New Energy Law was implemented in Pakistan in 2005, which makes a benchmark for the determination of development mode of subsequent projects.
