On January 18, 2015, along with the completion of the placement of the last truck of concrete, the Standard Plant Building EPC Phase-1 Project in Rui’an Hi-Tech Industrial Park (Gexiang District) was smoothly topped out, which is constructed by the Consortium of Powerchina Huadong and Shuguang Construction.

The project is located in Zhejiang Rui’an High-tech Industrial Park. With a land area of about 267mu and a total floor area of 365,000 m², it consists of 33 five-storey standard plant buildings, 1 eleven-storey dormitory and 1 ten-storey office building, and relevant supporting facilities and ancillary works.
