On Jan. 24, 2015, the Owner issued the formal installation completion certificate for Unit 5 of Kainji Hydropower Project in Nigeria.

Loaned by the World Bank, Kainji Project is an equipment rehabilitation project of a large-scale hydropower station in Nigeria. The rehabilitation project covers three units, namely, Unit 5, Unit 6 and Unit 12, and public equipment. The installation completion time is 3 months ahead of the time specified in the main contract, which is fully affirmed by the Owner.
