Recently, Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited successfully tested its newly introduced ROSON 200 seabed type cone penetration test (CPT) equipment.

        ROSON 200 seabed type CPT is the one and only domestically made and internationally advanced seabed type cone penetration test equipment. It can not only support 20t penetration force at most and the maximum measuring range of the probe conical tip is 75MPa, but also integrate multiple functions such as testing cone penetration resistance, side frictional resistance, and pore water pressure, auto-survey, automatic data acquisition, and it can also adapt to relatively deep water and complex sea conditions.

        The introduction and sea test of seabed type CPT helped Powerchina Huadong reach a new stage in oceanic engineering investigation technologies and laid a solid foundation for fostering core competitiveness in ocean engineering.
