After the end of the tests, the parties related to the contract attended the signature ceremony for the acceptance minutes held in HEC meeting room. At the meeting, the Project Owner and the Supervisor affirmed the HEC’s capability of R&D, design and manufacture, and highly praised the rigorous working approach of the staff from Hydrochina Huadong and HEC during the acceptance.

September 21-28, 2012, eight persons of the Project Owner of Kainji HPP in Nigeria and the Supervisor, accompanied by related personnel of Hydrochina Huadong, conducted acceptance for the turbine model tests of Kainji HPP in Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited(HEC). During the acceptance, they witnessed the turbine model tests with respect to efficiency, runaway and cavitation, etc. and all the test results satisfy the requirements of the contract.

On September 29, six persons of the Project Owner left Harbin for Hangzhou and attended the meet-and-greet with related personnel from Hydrochina Huadong. Nine persons from Hydrochina Huadong including Hong Yunyun, chief marketing officer for overseas business, Shi Leiming, director of Management Department of Overseas Business, and Sha Bing, manager of Kainji HPP participated in the meeting. At the meeting, adequate exchange and communication were carried out between the two sides on relevant issues arisen during implementation of Kainji HPP, which plays a key role in promoting smooth implementation of the project in the next step.
