On Nov. 13, 2012, Science & Technology and Information Department of Hydrochina Huadong organized experts to participate in the acceptance evaluation for the “Dam Safety Monitoring Information System Based on Mobile Platform”（KY2010-02-25）undertaken by the Digital Engineering Center. Through appraisal, the expert panel was satisfied that the assessment materials submitted to the conference by the project team were basically complete and met the acceptance requirements; the research results and job contents of the project met the contract requirements; the research results reflected technical innovations in the development of the dam safety monitoring information system based on mobile platform, the contents were substantial and the technical route was correct, the project results met the contract requirements of the scientific and technological project, so they agreed that the project passed the acceptance.

The expert panel suggested that the Digital Engineering Center should perfect the system security mechanism as soon as possible and transform and absorb key technologies to form its ability to provide commodity services as soon as possible.
