According to the notice ([2012] No. 8) of National Energy Administration and the provisions of Measures on Industrial Standardization Management of Energy Field (Trial Implementation) (Document KeJi [2009] No.52) issued by the National Energy Administration, after review, the National Energy Administration approved issuance of 19 energy standards, such as Specification of Wind Energy Resource Measurement and Marine Hydrology Observation for Offshore Wind Power Projects. The said standards will be implemented as of March 1, 2013.

Four standards prepared by Hydrochina Huadong are listed among them, including Specification of Wind Energy Resource Measurement and Marine Hydrology Observation for Offshore Wind Power Projects（NB/T 31029-2012）, Code for Preparation of Offshore Wind Power Projects Pre-feasibility Study Report（NB/T 31031-2012）, Code for Preparation of Offshore Wind Power Projects Feasibility Study Report（NB/T 31032-2012）, and Code for Construction Planning of Offshore Wind Power Projects（NB/T 31033-2012）.

In the process of compilation, the members of the compilation groupdiscussed together, cooperated mutually, dedicated selflessly, and successfully completed the compilation task. The publication of the standards reflects the technical strength of Hydrochina Huadong in the survey and design field of offshore wind power projects, and also provides strong support for the sustainable development of its offshore wind power business.
