On April 27, the acceptance meeting was held by HYDROCHINA CORPORATION in Beijing for HYDROCHINA HUADONG’s “Scientific Research on SFC Harmonic Analysis and Measurement for Pumped Storage Power Stations”. The SFC harmonic control indexes and control measures were proposed after comprehensive and systematic research and analysis on the harmonic characteristics at SFC startup of the pumped storage power stations and the international and domestic harmonic standards.

As a result, the solution to the controversial problem in the technical field has been worked out, resulting in a good guidance to engineering design. The Evaluation Group adequately affirmed the serious and solid research work conducted by the project team, believed unanimously that the project met the acceptance requirements and could pass acceptance. In addition, the Evaluation Group believed that the project achievement had reached the leading level in China and it was required to accelerate the popularizing and application of the achievement in HYDROCHINA CORPORATION.
