At 19:28 on July 19, after eleven consecutive hours of efforts, the SPI Dafeng H3#300MW Offshore Booster Station was finally hoisted in place on its jacket foundation, marking the success of Huadong Engineering Corporation’s 11th offshore booster station project of its sole design.
SPI Dafeng H3#, as the remotest offshore wind power project in China, was believed to be the toughest of its kind in terms of sea bed evolution complexity, and the difficulties encountered in the courses of project design and construction. Huadong Engineering Corporation blended in the 4th-generation of European engineering technologies of offshore booster station into its design and construction to provide a properly balanced general layout of its work, with all major pieces perfectly structured and sectored to address practical demands, and its firefighting, evacuation, rescue systems completed as per the toughest standards, presenting a first-tier raw model at national and global top levels that leads the future of the design and construction of such works.
