Responsibilities:

1.     Contracts Management in Pre-contract Phase

a.      Leading the review and analysis contract risks of contract conditions of major-level projects during the pre-contract phase, and offering professional insights and solutions in the view of contract management and chair the main contract negotiation.

b.      Leading the identification and evaluation potential risks associated with contracts and proposing risk mitigation strategies of major-level projects during the pre-contract stage.

c.      Leading the drafting and review all type of contracts related to major-level projects, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and international practices.

2.     Contract Management of Significant-Level Projects in Execution Phase

a.      Leading for coordinating closely with project team to deal with disputes and conflicts that arised during the contract construction lifecycle for major-level projects.

b.      Managing and supervising the execution and performance of contracts for major-level projects.

c.      Leading for evaluating risks associated with contracts and proposing risks mitigation strategies and monitoring related risks of major-level projects.

d.      Leading for guiding and overseeing the administration of contracts related to major-level projects.

3.     Other administration works

a.      Collaboration and coordination with the law firm to handle legal matters with them.

b.      Providing guidance on contract management and offering consultations to the team.

c.      Providing periodic training to team members on contract management and best practices to enhance the core abilities of the team.
