The HDEC KSA Office located in ALZahra District, Jeddah City, serves as the sub-center of HDEC MENA region for the local Marketing, bidding and project execution support in KSA, which has an localized team with multiple nationalities around, and more than 60 local employees working on the project. At present, the Jeddah office is mainly engaged in the business of renewable section, water section and smart city section in Saudi Arabia. Standing on the Powerchina group and HDEC know-how and execution capacity, HDEC expected to add more company value on the development of KSA 2030 Vision. Now, the NEOM water pipeline project is under execution.
