HDEC Kenya branch was established in 2013, registered in Nairobi, with the same business scope of HDEC headquarter, in which currently it has got some achievement in the field of renewable energy powerstation, hydraulic projects, power transmission and substation. HDEC Kenya branch has completed City Square 66kv GIS substation and Mumlaka 66KV GIS substation, over the years it had got some deep cooperation together with other brother companies and signed the EPC contract of Bute Dam project, in the renewable energy filed it was just awarded for the Chania 50WM wind farm BOP project which will start the implementation in Q3 of 2024, meanwhile, it has deeply followed Limuru 50MW wind farm EPC project, etc.
HDEC Kenya branch always lays emphasis on the localization development, now it has employed a local staff consist of 8 Kenyans, under the guidance of the headquarter and EP center in Dubai. The local staff grows fast, now they are active in the bidding of many renewable energy projects in Africa Region.
