HDEC MIDDLE EAST CO DMCC was registered in DMCC Free Trade Zone of Dubai in UAE on September 25, 2019, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of PowerChina Huadong
Engineering Corporation LTD. Currently, more than 30 Chinese employees are dispatched, and more than 20 local employees are on duty.
HDEC MIDDLE EAST has built a strong presence in the United Arab Emirates through our offices in Dubai. We work collaboratively with public authorities, local developers, major multinational clients, as well as some of the world’s most influential engineers, to deliver creative and high value technical solutions. At present, HDEC MIDDLE EAST is mainly engaged in new energy and infrastructure projects in the UAE. Backed by POWERCHINA Group and our own resources, HDEC middle east has undertaken a lot of EPC work in related fields.
