On March 8^th, the UAE Railway Freight Station project held the first design liaison meeting between the joint venture and the design institute, which laid a promising foundation for the start of the main body of the project.

The project is mainly about the design and construction of freight facilities along the four bid sections, i.e. A, B, C, and D of the Federal Railway Phase II, covering seven freight facility stations and railways. Upon the project completion, it will have an positive impact on the development of transportation industry, economy and society for UAE.

In view of the strict requirements of the project owners in terms of technical standards, performance management and control, environmental protection, and personnel’s professional competence, we dispatched experts to participate in the project. Through the implementation of the project, we aim to improve our capacities in project management and cost control, cultivate professional talents, and lay a solid foundation for continuing to develop our infrastructure business such as overseas rail transit as well. Our project team has overcome huge challenges of the Spring Festival holiday delay and the COVID-19 epidemic, and closely cooperated with joint venture to ensure the progress of the preliminary work of the project.
