The construction of this project plays a crucial part in the operation of coal power projects along CPEC. It is not only the first water affair project that HDEC conducted on EPC basis in Pakistan with independent marketing, but also the biggest water affair EPC project that HDEC will implement overseas. Therefore, the signing of this project will promote the diversified development in overseas business of HDEC.

Special thanks to the HDEC team during the period of bidding and contract negotiation! Since the bidding team went Lahore for the first time to communicate with the owner on January 11, to the signing ceremony in Dubai on April 11, there are as many as 50 employees who fully participated in this project. During the three months, standing meetings were held every two days, and over 20 times of planning meetings concerning technology and commerce were held on every milestone. Our colleagues gave up their Spring Festival holidays and weekends to invest massive energy in renewing the bid quoted price, optimizing technical plans, evading risks in the contract and promoting the process of this project. Eventually, the owner was deeply impressed by the professional attitudes and skills of the commercial and technical team of HDEC, as well as and the good relations and cooperative attitudes between our Chinese and Pakistani employees.

HDEC International will work together with the team to promote the project implementation, striving to fulfil the contract in an all-out effort, so as to enhance and deepen the development of HDEC’s business in Pakistan and the Eurasia Region.
